You can choose:

• 24 hours.
• 7 days.
• 6 months.
• Permanent.

Self-exclusion takes effect immediately after you confirm it.

Once activated, a temporary self-exclusion cannot be cancelled or shortened before it expires. While one is active you can still choose a longer period. When a temporary period ends, your account is restored automatically.

Permanent self-exclusion is intended as a long-term restriction. Your account will remain restricted indefinitely and reactivation will not be automatic. Any future request to restore access may require a manual review and is not guaranteed.

While a self-exclusion is active:

• Deposits are disabled.
• All gaming is blocked.
• Bonuses, Daily Rewards and promotional rewards cannot be claimed.
• Promotional and marketing messages are stopped.

You can still:

• Sign in and view your Account page.
• Contact Support.
• Access and withdraw your existing balance under our normal withdrawal rules.

A round that was already in progress when your self-exclusion began can still be finished, so nothing is left unresolved. A new round cannot be started. A Case Battle you created that is still waiting for players is cancelled, and every entry in it is refunded.

Self-exclusion never traps your balance. While it is active, an open play requirement does not stop a crypto withdrawal: our team reviews each crypto withdrawal before it is sent. A balance below the usual minimum can still be withdrawn in full. Instant skin withdrawals still need any play requirement to be met.

Crypto sent to a saved deposit address while your self-exclusion is active is not added to your balance. Contact Support to have it returned.

You must not create or use another account to avoid a self-exclusion.
