01About These Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms (version affiliate-2.0) explain how the DOBER.GG affiliate program works: who can take part, how referrals and commission are counted, when commission is settled and paid, and when it can be held, adjusted or reversed.
They apply together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these terms and the Terms of Service disagree about the affiliate program, these terms apply.
In these terms, "you" means the account holder taking part in the program, "referral" means an account attributed to you, and "we" means DOBER.GG.
02Eligibility and Permitted Jurisdictions
You may take part only if:
- You are at least 18 years old and meet the minimum legal age where you are located.
- Your DOBER.GG account is active, in good standing, and not suspended, banned or self-excluded.
- Taking part in an affiliate program for DOBER.GG is lawful where you are located.
- You are located in a region where DOBER.GG and the affiliate program are available.
We check your region when you accept these terms, when you request a payout and again when the payout is approved. Acceptance and payouts are refused from a region where the program is not available or that we cannot confirm.
